Tube is able to satisfy the requirements of lightweight, strengthening and toughening and low consumption, therefore, it is now widely used in aviation and astronautics areas. The traditional tube bending manufacturing technology is hard to meet the needs of the high forming precision and usability of the tube, however, tube digital integrated manufacturing technology provides an effective way to solve this problem. Critical technologies of tube digital integrated manufacturing, including tube digital integrated manufacturing data management, tube bending process planning, tube NC bending process simulation and tube digital integrated manufacturing application platform, are studied in this dissertation. This dissertation has important theoretical significance and application value to improve the tube manufacturing level. The main contents and achievements of the dissertation are as follows: (1) Based on the comparative analysis between traditional tube manufacturing and digital tube manufacturing process, tube digital integrated manufacturing mode is proposed which takes modeling and simulation as the core. Tube digital integrated manufacturing technology framework and critical technologies are discussed in detail. Tube digital integrated manufacturing application platform system structure based on B/S and C/S hybrid structure is built, and its integration program is given, which realizes the function integration of pipeline layout and assembly simulation, process planning, bend die rapid designing, tube NC bending process simulation and tube quality prediction. (2) According to the problems exist in tube digital integrated manufacturing data integration, data management and sharing, tube digital integrated manufacturing data management techniques based on process database are studied. Based on the demand analysis of the tube NC bending process database, a web-based tube bending process data management system is developed. As for the visualization of the process data, hybrid programming technology based on .NET and MATLAB and embedded components multimedia interactive technology are studied. Finally, data security management techniques based on the process are studied aimed at the problems of the process data security management. (3) Based on tube NC bending process information model, knowledge-based tube NC bending process planning technology under integrated manufacturing environments is studied. As for the tubes' bendability, knowledge-based manufacturability evaluation indexes system for tube bending is established; because the combination of the tube bending processing parameters is hard to obtain, main processing parameters which will affect the tube forming quality are analyzed, and tube bending processing parameters optimization method based on gray theory is studied, which is testified applicable and effective combined with an example. (4) According to the characteristics of tube NC bending, integration oriented tube NC bending process simulation technology is studied. Based on geometric modeling and motion relation modeling of the tube bending machines, integration oriented tube bending process model supported by technologies such as pipeline layout, process planning, bend die rapid designing and so on; as for pose description and expression of the tube, tube forming and space motion modeling technology are studied. In order to judge the reasonability of the NC code and tube structure, collision detection technology based on subsection multi-level bounding box are studied combined with tube characteristics, which is able to simulate the tube bending process and springback after being released effectively. (5) Based on the research achievements above, a tube digital integrated manufacturing platform is developed, integrating pipeline layout and assembly simulation, process planning, bend die rapid designing, tube NC bending process simulation, tube NC forming quality prediction and data management.
